Mobile County Engineering and Public Works has three main missions: Design/construction, which includes supervising the design and construction of any new facilities that are constructed with County Funds to assure completion of this work in an economical and efficient manner; Maintenance, to maintain all County-owned facilities in a safe and efficient manner; and Administration, to administer contracts approved by the County Commission.
