1949 - 2 cents cigarettes
1961 - county size limits 
1963 - amend county size limit
1987 - 2 cents cigarettes
1992 - The State of Alabama collects(stamp and OTP)                

            5 cents on cigarettes and little cigars, 12 cents on Tobacco,-chewing, snuff, smoking, 10 cents on each cigar, 23 cents per pack Papers-rolling, blunt wraps, cigarette tubes, cones.

2003 - 5 cents cigarettes and 5 cent OTP we collect
2004 - 6 cents cigarettes and 6 cent OTP we collect

2019 - Combines all ordinances, acts, and resolutions previously passed and allows for Mobile County to collect all taxes including, but not limited to 1992 act previously collected by the State of Alabama.
