Proposed Revision of Subdivision Regulations

ANNOUNCEMENT: The Mobile County Commission will consider revisions to the Subdivision Regulations adopted December 13, 2004 and amended April 26, 2005. A copy of the document showing the proposed revisions is available by clicking the link below. The proposed revisions will be considered for a vote of the Mobile County Commission at its second regularly scheduled meeting in November at Mobile Government Plaza, 205 Government St. The exact date of that meeting will be set November 14 following the election and installation of a new county commissioner next month. Questions about the subdivision regulations should be directed to the Mobile County Deputy Public Works Director at the County Engineer?s Office at 574-8595. The proposed regulations also are available for public inspection at the County Engineer?s Office at Mobile government Plaza. Business hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
