Celebrate with Mobile County!
National County Government Month (NCGM), held each April, is an annual celebration of county government.
Since 1991, the National Association of Counties has encouraged counties to actively promote the services and programs they offer. This year’s theme for NCGM is “Counties THRIVE,” and it demonstrates how we, as counties, support our citizens and businesses.
During April, the county will sponsor a variety of community events and activities, including: tours of Mobile Government Plaza, an Art Contest, Earth Day events and a countywide cleanup.
